Today we started Number Busting (math) in Bell work where you find many ways to represent a number and we try to guess the number. But it was not whole numbers but with DECIMALS! (Okay…) It was hard at first but when we did it as a class we managed to get in simple fractions.
We did phys ed after math and what we did was volleyball practice for when we are in Grade 7 (Intermediate volleyball) and it was great. (I ended up slapping the ball hard.) After that we had Newcombe ball and our team almost won even when there was ONE PERSON LEFT TO GET OUT.
After recess we did more with Line Art (check it out on Curriculum Corner Visual Arts) and we started trying to make a nice detailed hallway. (Just you wait!) Science is coming along and during French we learned about the famous ARIZONA CRATER made by a meteorite! (I used a flight simulator from Google Maps at home so I flew and crashed to make the crater a little bigger!)
After the last recess we did one of the last cross country practices (and I did 5 whole laps with Matthew). So here am I now doing the blog so…HERE’S TODAYS QUESTION!: If you wrote a blog for the whole world to read, how would you feel and why?
NOTE: Even though this isn’t part of the blog, here’s the thing: my step-mom is working on an iPod game at Big Blue Bubble called My Singing Monsters. So the company needs your opinion on what icon is best for the game. Please comment about this too! Check out the pictures below and choose which one you like best. You can also visit the website for the game here:

This is kind of cool, because it will be like you're all a part of making this game. So hopefully everyone will vote!
